We are making special batches of our fettuccine with activated charcoal and semolina. Activated charcoal is a fantastic way to detoxify your body of unwanted toxins and it adds such a wonderful Moorish colour to our pasta dough. Absolutely perfect for this weather (especially with all the poor air around us here in Delhi). Pair it with warm wintery creamy sauces and goes just as well with a spicy Aglio olio. Ingredients - Activated Charcoal, Organic Semolina, Organic White Flour, Olive Oil How To Use - 1. Bring a pot of water to boil; add salt to boiling water 2. Add pasta to salted boiling water, stir gently occasionally 3. Al dente in 6-7 minutes. Once done toss straight into the sauce for best results. Best eaten immediately after cooking.
